PERSONAL TRAINING

JGFit offers a range of 1on1 or small group personal training options. All of our sessions are 30-45 minutes depending on your objectives, with all of our sessions tailored to your needs; whether its working around an injury or working towards a specific goal.

In our sessions we use a range of different workout types to smash your fitness goal!
- Strength and bodybuilding training to increase strength, build muscle, tone up or to work on a specific muscle imbalance.
- Core sessions using a range of equipment and body weight exercises to improve strength and overall mobility.
- Functional circuits/ HIIT training, using a variety of equipment & body weight exercises to improve your overall fitness levels.
